Communicating to overcome challenges‍

‍"With the world we’re living in right now, it’s absolutely essential to communicate well. Not just to avoid misunderstandings, but because it’s the only way we can make progress. Having to work remotely from home has been challenging this past year, but we’ve made the adjustments to ensure we are still connected and constantly discussing what we need to do to move forward."

Constantly upgrading skills and knowledge

‍"My forte from interactive design helped me understand how to look for and find what can be very small coding issues in the software. Technology is evolving so fast, every few months there is new software or new standards to learn. What I love about my job is the constant upgrade of skills and knowledge, getting to learn a lot and dedicate myself to what I love doing."
