ADGA Welcomes New Members to the Strategic Advisory Council
April 3, 2020. For immediate release.
ADGA Group is proud to announce the addition of three new members to the Strategic Advisory Council. Effective today, Mr. John Ball, Mr. Gavin Liddy, and Ms. Lynn Roger join the esteemed Council, chaired by Mr. Richard Fadden, O.C.
“We are pleased to welcome our new members,” said Richard Fadden. “Each one brings a depth of experience and knowledge that will greatly contribute to the Council’s deliberations.”
Formed in 2017, ADGA’s Strategic Advisory Council is composed of industry and thought leaders from across Canada. They provide guidance and strategic direction to the Executive Management team at ADGA and play a formidable role in guiding the company on its path forward. “I speak on behalf of my team when I state that we feel very privileged to benefit from the experience and direction of this distinguished group,” says Francoise Gagnon, CEO of ADGA.
Owing to the COVID crisis, the Council met by teleconference today. Mr. Fadden took the opportunity to thank outgoing council members B. Gen (ret’d) Richard Giguère, General (ret’d) Raymond Henault, and Dr. Micheál Kelly for their tremendous contributions over the course of the last 3 years. “We are grateful to Gen. Henault for his strong leadership as Past Chair of the Council, and dedication to the company and its Executive team,” said Richard Fadden. “We will miss the participation of Richard and Micheál and thank them for their time and involvement with ADGA.”
The incoming council members bring a mix of expertise from the public and commercial sectors to the Council. Mr. Ball joins ADGA following a successful career in the Defence industry managing large-scale programs for General Dynamics, while Mr. Liddy had a distinguished career in the public service sector, most recently with the Privy Council Office, and Public Services and Procurement Canada. Ms. Lynn Roger comes to the Council from BMO, fulfilling the role of Chief Transformation Officer prior to her retirement.
