Lieutenant-General Guy R Thibault retired from the Canadian Armed Forces in August 2016 after 38 years of loyal and dedicated service to Canada, the CAF, and the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals. He joined the Canadian Forces in 1978 and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and physics at the Royal Military College. Upon completion of Army Signal Officer training in Kingston, he served in various operational capacities within the Special Service Force in Petawawa, as well as 4 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group, and Canadian Forces Europe in Lahr, West Germany.

Upon graduation from the University of Ottawa, Lieutenant-General Jean-Marc Lanthier joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1989 as an armoured officer. His command appointments included 12e Régiment blindé du Canada, 5e Groupe-brigade mécanisé du Canada, 2e Division du Canada/Joint Task Force (East), and the Canadian Army Doctrine and Training Centre. He was also appointed Deputy Commanding General Sustainment I (US) Corps during a two-year exchange with the United States Army.

Kim Butler is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of executive financial and operational experience with Canadian and multinational organizations. She led finance and integration at Ericsson Service Assurance, and has served as CFO and interim CEO at both CENX and Benbria, an enterprise software company. She was SVP Finance and CFO at Bridgewater Systems, and held senior finance roles at Asea Brown Boveri and Mitel Corporation.

John Ball retired from General Dynamics Land Systems after a distinguished 38-year career, including his appointment to the company's Senior Leadership Team as Director–Canadian Programs, a position he held starting in August 2013. In this role he had responsibility for all Canadian programs' profit & loss, performance, and client relations. Mr. Ball previously held the position of Director Sustainment Services, GDLS-Canada.
