Françoise Gagnon was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the ADGA Group in 2014. Françoise is passionate about her team, the 600+ employees and consultants who choose to work for ADGA and share her commitment to service excellence. Recognizing that our greatest asset are our people, she is committed to nurturing a culture that engages and rewards. Since becoming CEO, Françoise has led the company through a key period of transition, growth, and diversification. As one of a few female executives within the defence and security and technology sector, and the only CEO of a medium-sized enterprise, Françoise is a champion of inclusion and equity in the workplace.
Françoise’s extensive experience and skills in public affairs have been key to the company’s growth, as she takes on an increasingly important role in the industry.
Françoise holds a B.A. with Honours from the Norman Patterson School of Public Affairs at Carleton University and is an active contributor to her community. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Business and Rotman Institute.
In 2020, Françoise was the recipient of Trailblazer Award presented by Women in Communications and Technology (WCT). Previously, Françoise was named to the 2018 Top 100 Award for Corporate Executives by Women’s Executive Network. She currently sits on the Defence Industry Advisory Group (DIAG) andis a member of the CADSI Board of Directors.
