Over the course of 2020 and 2021, our Executive Leadership Team undertook an extensive process to reconsider, reimagine, and restate the core principles that drive everything about how we work at ADGA.
To formulate mission, vision, and values statements that reflect the working reality of our team, we gathered input in extensive one-on-one conversations with staff members and contractors from all levels of the company, and across a broad representation of regions and roles. The entire team was also surveyed, with feedback taking into account not just how the wording of these values could truly reflect their experience, but also how ADGA could improve in living up to them.
