ADGA is looking for a Courseware Developer. You will be working with the Cyber Mission Assurance Program, providing services specializing in the development, planning, research, writing, and editing documentation in support of assessment and strategic planning of future information management, IT capabilities, including Cyber Domain capability development areas. 

Tasks Include:

• Develop courseware for the emerging domain of cyber operations, cyber mission assurance;
• Perform needs assessment/analysis for training purposes;
• Plan and monitor training projects;
• Perform job, task, and/or content analysis;
• Write criterion-referenced, performance-based objectives;
• Recommend instructional media and strategies;
• Develop performance measurement standards;
• Develop training materials;
• Prepare end-users for implementation of courseware materials;
• Communicate effectively by visual, oral, and written form with individuals, small group, and in front of large audiences; and
• Brief Senior Management.

• A degree from a recognized university in the sciences, engineering, education or information management, or A diploma (minimum 2 years) from a recognized college in the sciences, engineering, education, or information management;
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience, within the last 10 years, performing needs assessment and analysis for training purposes for IM/IT projects;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, within the last 10 years, on IM/IT projects, valued at a minimum of $5M, in planning and monitoring training projects;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, within the last 10 years, on IM/IT projects in developing training material and preparing end-users for implementing courseware material;
• Experience working on IM/IT projects, in planning and monitoring training projects;
• Experience on IM/IT projects in developing training material and preparing end-users for implementing courseware material;
• Experience working with related technologies such as Adobe Captivate and RoboHelp; and
• Certificates in related technologies such as Adobe Captivate and RoboHelp.

• Requires a valid Secret level Government of Canada clearance
