ADGA is hiring a Senior Business Architect to provide professional services on a cybersecurity capability development program.

The tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct a thorough review of provided publications including doctrine, force employment concepts, CONOPS, projects definitions, scientific studies, and all available relevant documentation;
  • Determine the status of any deliverables or actions required by the Capital Projects and act as directed by the Project Lead;
  • Assist in identifying outstanding requirements in the cyber program that aren’t being addressed and develop gap analyses and roadmaps to address them in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Develop specifications for where, how and why various organizational functions might integrate together, and how they support the organization's mandate;
  • Document baseline operational observations and feedback for cyber operations capabilities and processes and maintain a conceptual roadmap informing cyber-related terminology, doctrine and capability development as directed by the Project Lead;
  • Actively engage with the cyber operations stakeholders at the strategic, policy and operational level, maintaining communication channels with them and  articipating in meetings and working groups so that their collaboration will be appropriately reflected in the documentation and deliverables;
  • Brief Senior Management on the status or outcomes of the tasks and analyses as required; and
  • Perform any other tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

  • A College Diploma or University Degree from a recognized institution in the sciences, engineering or in information management.
  • A minimum of seven years’ experience, within the last ten years, working on the identification of various business components and business strategies.
  • A minimum of five years combined experience, within the last fifteen years, in each of the following: identifying, analyzing and validating services and service processes to facilitate business transformation initiatives.
  • A minimum of five years of experience, within the last ten years, supporting business improvements or information technology initiatives.
  • A minimum of three years of experience, within the last five years, developing business strategies on how organizational components fit together in support of the organization and business mandates.
  • A minimum of five years of experience identifying, analyzing and validating services and service processes to facilitate business transformation initiatives. Experience must include:
    • Developing models;
    • Facilitating meetings or workshops to gather, analyze, and validate findings; and
    • Communicating findings to stakeholders and project management.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in providing advice to support business improvements or information technology initiatives. Experience must include:
    • Reviewing and analyzing the development and integration of business process and information models; and
    • Providing assistance and guidance in the development of business process improvement to eliminate information and process redundancies.
