ADGA is currently looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to work within the Information Management Services Branch with our client at Correctional Services Canada.
The Information Management Services (IMS) is responsible for the provision of IM/IT services to Correctional Service Canada (CSC) and its Clients.
Currently, IMS services are viewed from a vertical (siloed) perspective, each team identifying services from their point of view. The end goal is to create a single catalogue for the entirety of IMS from a horizontal (enterprise) perspective in order to improve the experience from a client perspective. It will also ensure that IMS better understands its’ operations as a whole, identify service interdependencies and critical success factors, and make informed decisions; all of which will facilitate continuous service improvement and the maturing of processes.
The final IMS Service Catalogue will become the trusted source used to populate client-facing service offerings and service agreements.
The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) has a requirement to acquire the services of a Senior Business Analyst (BA) to work with the IMS stakeholders to identify what internal and external services they provide and to collect details for each service. All information must be recorded in the IMS Service Catalogue and the BA must assist in performing a gap analysis to identify and prioritize each service and owner’s next steps. Having a BA as part of the team will provide relief for all IMS stakeholders and act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Service Catalogue project lead.
