DESCRIPTION:
Our client requires the services of a Life Cycle Management Specialist, with the following skills and qualifications.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates MUST MEET the following mandatory criteria in order to qualify for consideration:

The proposed candidate must possess a minimum of thirty-six (36) months experience over the last ten (10) years on at least ten of the following naval communications systems ERNs.

VLF, LF, MF, HF, VHF, UHF AND SHF RADIO RECEIVERS, TRANSCEIVERS, SATELLITE, CRYPTOGRAPHIC, MESSAGE PROCESSING AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENTS UTILIZED ON HALIFAX, IROQUOIS, KINGSTON, VICTORIA, PROTECTEUR, MSA CLASSES OF SHIPS AND AUXILIARY VESSELS.

The proposed candidate must have produced at least two technical guidance packages for naval communications engineering change within the past five years.
